THE AGREEMENT
The use of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and any services provided by or on the Site (the “Services”) are subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing and using the Site, you warrant that you have read, reviewed, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you must leave the Site immediately.

- “Model(s)” / “Muscle Goddess(es)”: Refers to the independent contractors listed in the directory who provide services and content exclusively on Third-Party Platforms.
- “Third-Party Platform(s)”: Refers to external websites, including but not limited to OnlyFans, Fansly, and similar subscription services.
“Service”: The operation of FBB Vixens as an online directory, advertising, and affiliate referral service.
2) ASSENT, ACCEPTANCE, AND MANDATORY RESTRICTIONS
2.1. Agreement: By accessing any part of the Site, you agree to this Agreement. If you breach any part of this Agreement, we reserve the right to revoke your license, block your access, and suspend or cancel your account (if applicable).

3.2. No On-Site Transaction or Content Hosting: No content, goods, sessions, or services are sold directly on fbbvixens.com. All transactions, sessions, subscriptions, and billing are conducted exclusively on the Third-Party Platforms. We do not process payments, handle subscriptions, or store any private media.
3.3. Liability and Risk: We are not responsible for the content, quality of sessions, billing practices, terms of service, or policies of any Third-Party Platform linked from this Site. You engage with all linked Third-Party Platforms entirely at your own risk. 4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.2. Model Images and Profiles: Model photos and profile descriptions are used on the Site with explicit permission and are the exclusive property of the respective Models or their agents.
4.3. License Grant and Restrictions: You are granted a limited, personal, and non-sublicensable right to access and use our Site and Materials for your personal, noncommercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or create derivative works of any Materials from our Site.
5) MODEL SUBMISSION
5.1. Model Listing Submissions: Models submitting a request via the “Get Listed” feature agree to be contacted by FBB Vixens for partnership inquiries. Submission of information does not guarantee listing on the Site.
5.2. Independent Contractor Status: All Models listed in the directory are independent third-party contractors and are not employees or agents of fbbvixens.com.
6) GOVERNING LAW AND INDEMNIFICATION
6.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FBB Vixens and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
6.2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic.
